Following our collaboration with Jason Markk for his London store, we teamed up again with our friends at Brinkworth to design the third JM flagship space in the vibrant Harajuku district of Tokyo.

The Jason Markk flagship locations are known for offering premium shoe cleaning services. For this project, we re-imagined the customer journey, introducing a custom-designed wooden tray. Upon entering, customers are greeted with the tray, which holds their shoes throughout the entire cleaning process, from drop-off to collection. This simple but effective solution helps streamline movement within the compact space.

The overall design is clean and highly functional, featuring precisely laid square ceramic tiles and beautifully crafted plywood joinery.
The result is a sharp, efficient space that blends both quality and functionality.
